I had the pleasure of putting together a mock baby book of my own design. In this cover, I wanted to focus on the type and the color of the piece-- making it pop and making it appealing while using a more muted palette.
These are the first counting pages of the book. I wanted to touch on both counting and color in this story. I highlighted the color through its use in the text, making sure the color of the words matched the flower(s) to further emphasize the connection.
This is the mockup for the entire book. I wanted to keep Elaine's character consistent and again make use of a more muted yet colorful palette.
